Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the complaint promptly
• Remove or disable access to the infringing content
• Notify the content provider of the removal
• Document the incident

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed material and its previous location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringers

FunZone maintains a policy of terminating access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

False Claims Warning

Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
